Howard Pulley returns to the top spot of the D1 Power 10 after spending the majority of their 2016 season at No. 1. Tre Jones is leading a red-hot squad that doesn't have any notable weaknesses. Jones will enter Los Angeles as the leading candidate for regular season Player of the Year, and he'll have a group of confident teammates that will be looking to wrap up their division. They've already locked up a bid for the Peach Jam, but anything short of three wins in LA would be considered a disappointment for head coach Luv Harris and company.

All Ohio Red retains their spot in the D1 Power 10 after a 3-1 showing in Atlanta. Foster Loyer was his usual productive self, Dane Goodwin and Thomas Kithier were solid, and forward Vincent Williams stepped up en route to Atlanta's Breakout Performer. This squad is seasoned, experienced and knows how to win in July, evidenced last year's E16 Championship run. Head coach Matt Sylvester enjoys flying under-the-radar, but they won't be sneaking up on anyone in July, especially if they put forth another successful session in Los Angeles.

Take away a narrow two-point loss to RM5 Elite, and PSA would likely have the top spot in these rankings. Sophomore point guard Cole Anthony is playing his best basketball ever, coming off his second straight First-Team All-Session honor in Atlanta. The 6-foot-2 guard has triggered a Cardinals' squad that allows the fewest points in the EYBL, while effectively leading an offense that's improved with every session. Juniors like Isaiah Mucius and Chase Audige have yet to play their best basketball, so it's quite possible we haven't see the best from Munch Williams' squad.

CP3 jumps five spots after a perfect session in Atlanta, one that saw Coby White continue his scoring barrage. The real story of their Atlanta session was big man Jaylen Hoard. The 6-foot-8 big man found his groove during the four-game stretch, putting up 23.0 points, 8.8 rebounds and 1.5 assists. The performance landed him on Atlanta's First Team, while landing CP3 in a terrific position to win their division. Head coach Andy Poplin is one of the best motivators on the circuit, so we expect CP3 to continue their roll in LA.

Once again, Boo Williams put forth a rock-solid session that helped them maintain their spot at No. 5. Keldon Johnson was terrific in four Session 3 games, earning First-Team All-Atlanta after putting up averages of 23.5 points, 10.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists. They've already locked up a bid to the illustrious Peach Jam, which will be their first visit since 2014. Point guard Zion Harmon is getting more and more comfortable with his running mates, and as he continues to progress, their offense should only become more potent. Keep an eye on sophomore guard Aundre Hyatt in LA. The 6-foot-7 swingman showed major flashes in Atlanta and is on the verge of breaking out.

Shareef O'Neal returned to Supreme Elite in Atlanta, a session that saw them put together yet another 3-1 session. Take away an upset loss to The Family Detroit, and Supreme put together a pretty dominating four-game stretch. They handled MeanStreets by an impressive 40 points, while blowing out the Prospects without the services of Bol Bol in the session opener. When fully stocked, there aren't too many teams on the circuit that can match Supreme's talent. They'll have a target on their back as they look to defend home turf in LA during session four.

MOKAN slipped up a bit in Atlanta, letting a heartbreaking loss to the Stampede turn into two other narrow defeats. Head coach Chris Neff only had eight players at his disposal, and that lack of depth reared it's ugly head in Atlanta. Junior big man Jontay Porter has been incredible through 12 games, but MOKAN will need a second or third player to step up if they want to contend with the league's best. Their defense and discipline won't allow them to be blown out by anyone, so you can count on the defending champions to be competitive in every game they play.

The Eagles lost talented sophomore James Wiseman ahead of the Atlanta session, but you wouldn't have noticed by how they played on the court. BBE took home Atlanta Team of the Session after a perfect 4-0 showing, beating their opposition by an average of 20.3 points per game. Darius Garland (17.0 PPG, 4.9 APG, 3.0 RPG, 1.1 SPG) is BBE's heart and soul, and has remained incredibly consistent through 12 games. If he continues to produce, you're looking at one of the primary contenders for the Peach Jam crown in July.

On paper, Team Penny is one of the top teams in the country. 6-foot-9 top-5 sophomore James Wiseman will join the fold in Los Angeles, giving junior floor general Alex Lomax another talented weapon to work with. Sophomore DJ Jeffries, Chandler Lawson and Malcolm Dandridge help form one of the most talented frontcourts on the circuit - albeit one of the youngest. Ryan Boyce, Jordan Johnson and Jayden Hardaway have all been rock solid through 12 games, giving head coach Todd Day one of the deepest rotations on the circuit. Expect big things from Team Penny moving forward.

MeanStreets barely hangs onto their No. 10 ranking, mainly due to the additions of Darius Bazley and Kevin Easley Jr. Bazley established himself immediately, dropping 27 points in a session-opening win over the Soldiers. They suffered a few defeats in the middle of the session, including a 40-point loss to No. 6 Cal Supreme. The talented roster leads us to believe that big loss is an anomaly, so expect MeanStreets to be one of the top contenders after a tough final session in Los Angeles.
