Question: How’s the EYBL been for you?

Wendell Moore Jr: I played 16s the last two years for CP3, coming to the 17s was a huge jump, but it’s been fun.

Q: What weaknesses are you looking to improve right now?

WM: I’m just looking to develop a more consistent outside jump shot.

Q: Do you have a favorite teammate to play with?

WM: I love all my teammates. We’ve been together for so long, it’s kind of hard to just choose one.

Q: You guys big FortNite players?

WM: Oh yeah, all the time.

Q: Are you any good at it?

WM: Oh I’m the best one. By far. I’m the best one by far.

Q: How’s the recruiting process going?

WM: It’s been good for me. I just recently released my top five. As soon as I’m done with those five official visits, I’ll make a choice. Hopefully it’ll go good.

Q: What are the final five?

WM: NC State, Wake Forest, Duke, North Carolina and South Carolina

Q: Why those five?

WM: Just all of their styles of play are great. Their coaching staffs are great, and they’re all within two hours of my house.

Q: Was it important to you to be close to your family?

WM: Yeah, me and my family are really close. It’s always been important to me to play in front of them as much as I can.
Q: What’s your pregame ritual? Any music?

WM: (laughs) I got my own little playlist. It gets me going. I’m always listening to music, I got some pretty good songs on there.
