In a league where some of the best prep athletes in the world compete day in and day out, it’s a tall task to stand out as an electrifying player. But when watching Diallo do anything with the ball in his hands, it’s hard NOT to slide to the edge of your seat and the Rens star combo guard is guaranteed for at least two highlight-reel plays every time he steps out on the floor. Diallo’s elite athleticism and killer instinct have combined to make for a scary offensive threat and he seems to only be scratching the surface of his potential. Diallo could go off for 30+ at any time.

The EYBL’s most prolific scorer continued his onslaught with a couple more unreal scoring games (36 and 37 in the opening and closing games, respectively), and even improved on his overall numbers and shooting percentage from NYC. The Stampede swingman is showing no signs of letting up and is clearly the first (and maybe second) scoring option every offensive possession for his team. The breakout player of the spring will only get better as he continues to adjust to the speed of the game.

Quade Green came to PSA to prove he was a point guard, and has he ever. The Neumann-Goretti (PA) product continued to dish out dimes like it’s his day job in Indy, and he has now accumulated 77 assists through the season’s first seven games. The PSA Cardinals' floor general’s performance to begin the EYBL season has been extremely impressive, but the Philly guard was hampered by a shoulder injury to close out session 2. With three weeks until Hampton, Green should come out stronger than ever and continue his mastery of controlling the pace of every game he plays in.

Though MOKAN slowed a bit from their dominant first session, Porter continued to shine as one of the best players in the league with both his scoring and rebounding. After a modest showing in the opening game in Indy (9 and 8), Porter got back to his normal self as the weekend wore on and came to be a dominant force on the glass to wrap things up. Back-to-back showings of 22 and 15 from Porter shows that he has taken his aggressiveness to another level this year. Expect Porter to be on one of these lists each session.

A player of Carter’s caliber and talent level was never going to stay under the radar for long, and the Team CP3 big man came out in a big way in Indy. One of two players to post double-doubles in every game over the weekend, Carter’s monster 21-board effort only began to tell the story of a star finding his groove with a new team. In addition to wiping the glass clean at every opportunity, Carter was a force on the defensive end and flashed a growing offensive arsenal that contributed to him making three quarters of his attempts from the field.
